Meet & Greet

Linda, the owner of Elite Concierge Nursing Services of Naples, will meet with you personally, gather information, conduct an initial assessment, and Advocate for you while building a trusting relationship. Linda makes herself available to provide you with better access to care.
Weekly Wellness Concierge Checks
This is a weekly service with a goal to keep your loved ones out of the hospital long-term. I will keep an eye on your family member(s) or loved ones and update you weekly as needed. As a member, you will receive the following services:

1 hour weekly in home visit/wellness check (90 minutes for 2 people)

B/P, Temperature, Heart Rate, Oxygen level

Heart, lung, circulation, mentation assessments

Check the home environment for safety

Review any medical reports, upcoming visits and organize them

Medication education, pour medications and make a schedule if needed, and review

Schedule appointments if needed

Compassionate, upscale care personalized to your needs. As a private pay business, I am not held to the limitations and restrictions set by Medicare and insurance companies. This allows me to work for you, the patient, and not do things for Medicare or insurance that may not be in your best interest.
CONVENIENCE
Other companies have staff that are not medically trained or licensed. Many times, there is no answering service, especially on weekends. You can call Shudonica between 8am – 9pm and she can typically make a house call if needed within 24 hours. Shudonica will offer support and assistance while ensuring that your questions are answered, and your needs are addressed to provide you and your family with peace of mind.
INDEPENDENCE
The Nurse Circle Concierge enables seniors to remain independent and in their home environment as long as possible while providing peace of mind to adult children and other family who may live throughout the state.

Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund you must cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment will result in a $150 late cancellation fee. Note that the cancellation policy does not apply to canceled or rescheduled procedures.
